HeathsUptime

About the service

Why HeathsUptimeBot
is visiting your service.

Heaths Uptime is operated by Heaths to monitor availability for configured accounts. It is a monitoring service; it does not index pages for a search engine.

What a check does

Account users configure a target, interval, timeout and expected outcome. HTTP checks use GET or HEAD, usually without an account login. Keyword checks inspect a bounded part of a response. Other checks can test TCP connectivity, DNS or ICMP reachability. The minimum configured interval is 60 seconds per checking location; a round may involve requests from more than one location, and redirects may require additional requests.

A successful TCP connection does not establish that a protocol login works. A 403, timeout or certificate error is recorded as an observation. Requests do not attempt to bypass access controls.

Our User-Agent

Australia / HAL

HeathsUptimeBot/0.3.0 (+https://uptime.heaths.net/; probe=au-hal)

Singapore / Dave

HeathsUptimeBot/0.3.0 (+https://uptime.heaths.net/; probe=sg-dave)

The product token HeathsUptimeBot is stable; the version follows the deployed checker release. A User-Agent is self-declared, so also compare source addresses when assessing traffic.

Published checking locations

These are the published IPv4 checking addresses for this deployment. We update this page when locations change. Do not use our administrative or private network addresses as an allowlist.

How regional results are interpreted

For a monitor assigned to HAL and a remote probe, a valid success from either means reachable, with differences retained as regional issues. All assigned locations must return actual failures for a failed global round; configured consecutive-failure thresholds still determine when an alert is raised. A missing probe or internal checking error is incomplete coverage, not proof that your service is down.

Permission and unwanted requests

Users should monitor services they own or have permission to check. If you operate a target and believe checks are unwanted, email uptime@heaths.net with the hostname, approximate UTC time and relevant log details. The operator can investigate and pause or remove monitors. Public blocklist or droplist feeds are not offered at present.
